Value-Added Services

Under GNP, GreenRut is securing a multi-Purpose Vegetable Dryer to enable our smallholder farmers dry pepper hygienically to enhance chili shelf life and increase market value. The dryer which will be procured locally in Ghana, uses air technology to evenly dry the chili without burning or browning whiles preserving its nutritional value. The dryer will be powered by LPG and Solar PV, making it environmentally friendly.
